The application for deletion of the name of Ministry of Railways from the array of respondents is allowed in terms of the prayer made.
Having heard learned counsel for the rival parties, it is agreed, that respondent no. 1 would convene a joint meeting of the concerned States, wherein the petitioner and/or petitioner's representative may also participate, so as to evolve a comprehensive future plan to effectively deal with the issue in hand pertaining to transportation of animals to Bangladesh. We consider it just and appropriate to direct, that the aforesaid meeting be convened within two weeks from today. The proposed suggestions shall be submitted to this Court within four weeks.
List again after four weeks."
It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Amended Cause Title has been prepared and stands included in the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Advocate has on 12.08.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of State of Madhya Pradesh with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated before the Court.
It is lastly submitted that counsel for the remaining parties have not filed any suggestions/documents, so far.
The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
