The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice, returnable in six weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted. In the meanwhile, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed."

AND thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 23rd March, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"The office report indicates that the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent No. 3 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn.

Ld. counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has stated that his name has not been generated in the cause list. Office is directed to updated the data base."

It is submitted that there are three respondents and all are represented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate. He has also filed two separate counter affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and copies of the same have already been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Counsel for the respondents, has filed an application for vacation of stay of order dated 30th July, 2014 with affidavit and copy of the same is placed with Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
