It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Sonal Jain, Advocate on 03.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 31.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 1933 of 2013 along with the applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition and exemption from filing official translation.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 1 namely Ram Karan which is barred by time by 430 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 63 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 6 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 69 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) CC No.6016 of 2016 Entitled Satbir & Ors. Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Judgment was directed on 08.04.2016 by Hon'ble Court to tag with SLP (C) CC Nos. 42104217 of 2016. (Copy of order dated 08.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
