It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioners in RFA Nos. 2890, 2320, 2885 of 2012, 2444/2013, 194/2015, 2449/2013, 2377/2015, 4986/2013, 2448/2013, 683/2012, 2450/2013, 2443/2013, 4175/2012, 2896/2012, 10344/2014, 2886/2012, 749/2015, 5625/2015, 6351/2013 and 4164 of 2012 which is barred by time by 1144, 183, 1024, 1145, 846, 563, 1243, 1267, 488, 686, 2874, 846, 828, 1223, 318, 1002, 920, 379, 1098, 688, 263, 977, 828, 1223, 1046, 633, 884, 1039, 4067, 296, 522, 296, 206, 296, 457, 326, 128, 435 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that originally Special Leave Petitions were within time but there is a delay of 90 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions. Counsel has filed application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLPs.

It is further submitted that the instant matters is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 38723879/2016 entitled Variam Singh Etc Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. Etc Etc as Both Are Arising Out Of Common Order.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
