These are appeals by Special Leave filed against the Judgment and Order dated 20th July, 2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in OP (CAT) Nos. 2258, 2259 & 3016 of 2012 and 3916 of 2013 and 30 of 2014.

It is submitted that there are thirteen Respondents in the matters abovementioned and Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 12 are represented by Mr. A. Raghunath, Advocate. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal has been issued to Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 11 & 13 on 28.01.2016 through High Court. Certificate of service is awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 11 & 13.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 11 & 13.

It is further submitted that counsel for both the parties have not filed their respective statement of case so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this report.
