These Special Leave Petitions alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP has been filed by Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate on 02nd December, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 20.07.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in O.P. (CAT) Nos. 2258, 2259 and 3016 of 2012 and 3916 of 2013 and 30 of 2014, which is barred by 29 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 394 of 2012 entitled C.GIRIJA & ORS. Vs. V.N.MATHUR & ORS. arising out of similar issue was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 17.04.2015, when the Court granted the leave and consequently the said SLP was registered as Civil Appeal No. 3773 of 2015 and the same is pending (Copy of record of proceeding dated 17.04.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioners has on 14.12.2015 filed a letter stating therein that Exhibits and Order dated 28.02.2007, 26.11.2012 and 30.01.2012 are not necessary for the purpose of hearing the matter. Hence requested to register the matter at his own risk, (Copy of Advocate letter dated 14.12.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The application alongwith matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
