Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that in both the matters, Respondent No.2 is the State of Chattisgarh. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted two weeks time to take fresh steps in respect of Respondent No.2 through the Ld. Standing Counsel for State of Chattisgarh.
