It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29-07-2015 filed Rejoinder Affidavit in reply to Counter Affidavit filed by Respondent Nos 1 & 2 after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same has been tagged with the main paper books.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed application for permission to file present application on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4, Contd..2/-

application for impleadment of Proposed Respondent Nos. 7, 8, 9 & 10 and has on 05-06-2015 filed two applications (i) For impleadment as party Respondent No. 11 and (ii) For injuction & stay which have been registered as Interlocutary Application Nos. 1, 2, 3 and No. 4 respectively.

It is also submitted that Sh. P.S. Sudheer, Advocate and Sh. Gautam Narayam, Advocate have on 20-07-2015 & 21-07-2015 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Proposed Respondent No. 9 & 7 respectively but there names have not been taken on record as parties are yet to be impleaded as party Respondents. They have on 18-08-2015 filed affidavit in reply on behalf of proposed Respondent No. 7 & Respondent No. 9 respectively to the impleadment Application filed by the petitioner after serving their However copies on the other side. Copies of the same have been included in the Paper Books.

The Arbitration Application alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before Your Lordship with this Office Report.
