The Writ Petition above-mentioned was filed by Mr. Rameshwar P.

Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioner on 02.12.2015 praying therein to:-

"issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, direction or ordering the CBI investigation i.e. Respondent No. 4 in the alarming illegal iron ore mining scam of the State of Goa caused during the year 2001 to 2012, etc."

It is submitted that in response the defects raised by this Registry regarding maintainability of the Writ Petition and Annexures P-4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15 marked and indexed separately, Mr. Rameshwar P. Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioner has given a letter dated 05.12.2015. (Copy of the letter dated 05.12.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Ex-Ministers of Mines, Mr. Digambar Vasant Kamat and Mr. Pratap Singh Rauji Rao Rane have been made parties as Respondent Nos. 64 and 65 respectively.

It is next submitted that W.P. (C) No. 720 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.11.2015 (main matter: SLP (C) No. 32138 of 2015 arising out of Special Leave to Appeal (C) … CC No. 16080 of 2014) when the court directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 17.11.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of Hon'ble Court).

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Rameshwar P. Goyal , Advocate has on 13.01.2016 filed Proof of service after serving copy of the Writ Petition upon caveators M/s Jayant Mohan, K.J. John & Co, and Yashraj Singh Deora, Advocates.

The Writ Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
