"Issue notice.

As the respondents have been represented by Mr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. Narendra M. Sharma, learned counsel, no further step need be taken.

Counter affidavit shall be filed within four weeks hence. Rejoinder affidavit, if any be filed within four weeks therefrom. The time frame stipulated hereinabove shall be followed religiously and if there will be any deviation, the right to file the counter affidavit or for that matter rejoinder affidavit shall stand foreclosed.

Let the matter be listed on 25.08.2015 for final disposal."

It is submitted that notice was issued on 18.05.2015 to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 through Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Advocate and to respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 by registered AD. But neither AD card nor unserved regd. cover have been received back.

It is submitted that Mr. Rupesh Kumar, counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 has on 05.06.2015 filed counter affidavit which has been included in the paper books. But rejoinder affidavit has not been filed so far.
