UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Harin P. Raval, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the parties have fairly agreed that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties.
Regard being had to aforesaid submission and keeping in view the order passed on 9th March, 2015, the matter is sent to Supreme Court Mediation Centre. It is hereby clarified that the learned Mediator shall only take into consideration the controversy that is involved in this special leave petition.
The parties are directed to appear at the Supreme Court Mediation Centre at 11.00 a.m. on 26th March, 2015. The Coordinator of the Centre shall nominate a mediator prior to that and he shall start the mediation, as expeditiously as possible. Learned Mediator is requested to submit a report within four weeks from the date of commencement of mediation.
List the matter on 6th May, 2015.
