The matter above mentioned has been filed on 10th November, 2016 against the Impugned Final Judgment and Order dated 28th April, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P. No. 27405 of 2012 and the same is barred by time by 106 days and the Counsel has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and against the Judgment and Order dated 26th September, 2016 in Review Application No. 105 of 2016 in W.P. No. 27405 of 2012 is filed within time.

It is submitted that Mr. Vijay Kumar, Counsel for the petitioner, has on 23rd November, 2016, filed an application for permission to file additional documents with affidavit alongwith Annexures P12 to P17. Copy of the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that the SLP(C) No. 32132 of 2016 and instant matter are arising out of same judgment and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th November, 2016 before Court No. 1 as Item No. 22.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
