The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 has requested four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Be filed, as assured. However, it shall be the last opportunity for the purpose.

Respondent No.18 has failed to file the counter affidavit, despite the warning of last opportunity. Further opportunity stands declined.
