Leave granted.
Mr. Sachin Patil, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has been incarcerated for more than two years. The charge-sheet has been filed but charges are yet to be framed.
Taking note of the aforesaid fact, we are inclined to set aside the impugned order.
Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and the appellant is granted bail on such terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
