UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that while computing the compensation amount multiplier of 11 was wrongly applied considering the age of the deceased as 51 years at the time of his death since the multiplier of 13 should have been applied.

However, the petitioners had not taken this point before the High Court but considering the implication of delay if the petitioners are directed to approach the High Court for this purpose as also the fact that this matter has come up through legal aid, we deem it appropriate to consider this matter herein itself.
