As per office report, Ld. Counsel for respondent No.2 has not filed counter affidavit, despite one opportunity having been granted. There is neither any application in terms of Order V Rule 1(22), Supreme Court Rules, 2013 nor is there any oral request for extension of time to file counter affidavit, hence, opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
