The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd Deceber, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A.No. 343 of 2015. There is delay of 325 days in filing SLP and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 5325 of 2017 arising out of same judgement was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th February, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice, granted stay and also tagged the matter with SLP (C) No. 37990 of 2016. (A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 6 th February, 2017 is enclosed herewith). The said matter is pending in this Hon'ble Court.
