The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Prades in W.A No. 232 of 2012.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 133 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition. Counsel for the Petitioners has also filed an application for permission to file SLP and the said application is registered as I.A No. 1 and is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP(C)..CC Nos. 14239-14240 of 2016 arising out of similar issue is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2016. ( Court No. 8, Item No. 19). NS
