UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not been able to obtain a bank guarantee but is ready and willing to deposit a bank draft of entire amount of Rs. 86,00,000/- (Rupees eighty six lakhs) in the Registry of this Court. Let the aforesaid deposit be made within the course of the day. The amount be kept in a fixed deposit for a short term period in a Nationalized Bank. On the Registry 2 issuing a receipt of the aforesaid deposit, the petitioner shall be at liberty to travel to London to look after her husband and daughter, on the pre-condition that she will file an undertaking before she leaves for London, affirming that she will return back to India on or before 31 st March, 2016. On furnishing of the aforesaid receipt, as well as affidavit of undertaking, the passport of the petitioner shall be released to the Advocate on Record of the petitioner. Crl.M.P. is disposed of.
