UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per office report, it is reported by the High Court that "There is no such village in Cooch Behar Sadar or Dinhata or Tufangang". It is contended by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner (State of Kerala) that the address available is the one which is recorded in the Judgment of the High Court and Lower Court and the same was given to the process server agency. There is no other address available with him. In view of the report given by the High Court, the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
