The matters above mentioned have been filed on 2 nd December, 2016 against the common impugned Judgment and final order dated 8th December, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P. No. 21749 of 2013 and W.P. No. 34281 of 2012 and the same are barred by time by 635 days. Counsel for the Petitioners has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petitions.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 35427-35429 of 2015 @ Special Leave Petition(C)CC... Nos. 18315-18317 of 2015 entitled "A. Marie Josephine Aruna & Anr. Etc. Etc. Versus Government of Puducherry & Ors. Etc. Etc." @ common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th December, 2015, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 14th December, 2015 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 15137 of 2015 @ Special Leave Petition(C)CC... No. 8278 of 2015 entitled "L. Malini Versus Rakesh Chandra, I.A.S., & Anr." @ common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th May, 2015, when the Court was pleased to issue of notice. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-18 at page no. 199 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Balaji, Counsel for the petitioners has on 8th December, 2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents on record with affidavit alongwith Annexures P-11 to P-18. Copies of the same are circulated herewith.

The applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
