The applications above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 26.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice on the application for substitution as also on the limitation application."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of applications to issue notice to LRs of deceased sole respondent till date and stipulated period of filing the same has expired on 23.11.2015. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

The default of the Advocate for not filing spare copies of Applications is reported to the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) with this office report on default.
