The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 22.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" As prayed for, four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased sole respondent."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 04.08.2015 filed an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased sole respondent along with applications for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, setting aside abatement and exemption from filing Official Translation. There is a delay of 3113 days in filing substitution application. The same are registered as I.A nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 respectively. Copies of the same are placed with the SLP Paper Books.
