It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Umang Shankar, Advocate on 26.08.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 28.05.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 7713, 7742, 8224, 8222, 7716, 7718, 7725, 7729, 7743, 7728, 7731, 7720, 7730, 7735, 8221, 7723, 7719, 7760, 7721, 7758, 7727, 8321, 7717, 7722, 7737, 7752, 9038 & 9739 of 2014 (O & M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.
It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased appellant in RFA No. 8321 of 2014 namely Jai Singh, Appellant No. 4 in RFA No. 7719 of 2014 namely Ram Kaur which is barred by time by 533 days in RFA No. 8321 of 2014 and Counsel has also filed an application for
condonation of delay in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement.
It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 25395397 of 2016 Entitled Loveleen Kumar Etc. Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice.(Copy of order dated 05.09.2016 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos.20531565 of 2014 Entitled Narbadi Devi & Ors. Etc. Versus State of Haryana & Ors. Etc. referred to on page 7 of impugned order was disposed of on 22.08.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 22.08.2016 is enclosed herewith).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
