UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

1. The application for permission to file the Special Leave Petition is allowed.

2. Delay in filing the application for setting aside abatement is condoned.

4. Amended memo of parties be filed accordingly.

5. Issue notice re: condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petitions, returnable on 02.04.2024.
