It is submitted that Mr. M.P. Devanath, Advocate has on 16th April, 2014 and 11th June, 2014 filed vakalatnama/appearance and Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent. Copies of the counter affidavit have been included in the paper books. Rejoinder affidavit has not been filed so far.
