Delay condoned.

Issue notice on the special leave petition,

application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and on application for substitution.

List along with SLP(Civil)Nos.10215-10219/2019.

On payment of the aforesaid compensation, the execution proceedings shall not be proceeded with. We, however, observe that payments made under this order shall abide by the result of the appeals.

Learned counsel for the land owners shall withdraw half of the amount without security and half of the amount with security.
