The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.01.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the Office Report dated 1212017.

Delay condoned.

Applications for deletion of Proforma Respondent Nos. 2 to 24 are allowed at the risk and peril of the petitioners.

Let cause title be amended in the matters.

Let notice be issued in the matters, both in the usual course as also by way of dasti service, returnable after four weeks.

Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties, till the next date of hearing."

Accordingly, cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books. Show cause notice has been issued to common Respondent No. 1 on 10.02.2017 through Regd. A.D. as well as through Dasti. As per tracking report, in respect of sole common Respondent, item delivered at New Delhi GPO. But unserved cover containing notice has not been received back so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed

affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of sole common Respondent so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on sole common Respondent.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
