It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate on 12.11.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 31.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 275354, 2756 of 1999 and RFA no. 690693/2000.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 330 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 24 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 354 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 11077/2016 Entitled UJJAGAR SINGH AND ORS. vs STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS. arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue of notice. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 18.04.2016 is enclosed herewith). (Main matter SLP (C) No. 17574580/2015)
