It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Devendra Singh, Advocate on 05.09.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 2613 to 2626 of 1999 barred by time by 273 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos.11151116 of 2016 @ CC Nos. 2295722958 of 2016 Entitled Harnam Singh Etc. Versus Punjab State & Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.01.206 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice.(Copy of order dated 08.01.2016 is enclosed herewith)(Main matter is SLP (C) Nos.1757417580 of 2015).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 1.2.1993, 16.6.1994, 5.12.1994, 4.12.1996 & 24.8.1998 and exhibits. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 09.09.2016 (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.149) stating therein that the same are not

necessary and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
