It is submitted that there are three respondents in the matter. Show cause notice by usual mode as well as Dasti has been issued to all the three respondents. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of Dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 13 so far.
Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 13.

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14 in SLP (C) No. 31465/2015, sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 31466/2015, Respondent Nos. 14 in SLP (C) No. 31472/2015, Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 in SLP (C) No. 31474/2015, sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 31475 & 31476/2015.
It is further submitted that Ld.Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Brinder Nath had undertaken to file Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit but he has not filed the same so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondents. Therefore, fresh show cause notice could not be issued.
