It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Nikunj Dayal, Advocate on 20.06.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 09.12.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2757 of 1999 barred by time by 467 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is submitted that Smt. Swarni w/o Late Sh. Karnail Singh was the Appellant No. 3 before the Hon'ble High Court. However, she expired during pendency of the case before the Hon'ble High Court. Legal Representatives of the said Smt. Swarni are already on record as Petitioners No. 4 and 5 and she has no other legal representative. For the said reason, the said Smt. Swarni has not been made a party before this Hon'ble Court and no application for substitution of LRs is being filed.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 11088 of 2016 @ CC No. 6744/2016 Entitled Munshi Ram (D) Through LRS. Versus State of Punjab & Ors. arising out of common order was directed on 18.04.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 18.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
