The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the three common respondents. Mr. Devendra Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of all the three respondents but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation. Tag with SLP (C) Nos. 1757417580 of 2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy for issuance of show cause notice to the respondent within stipulated time. He has filed spare copy only on 29.02.2016 which is barred by time by 117 days and counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing spare copy. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued. The office report on default has been noted before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers).

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No......CC No.12871 of 2015."

It is submitted that accordingly, notice was issued to all the respondents. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for Stay with affidavit which is registered as I.A. Nos. 4566 and included in the Paper Books.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 1115116/2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) 1757417580 of 2015."

It is submitted that there are three respondents in

the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far.

CC Nos. 21383 and 21571/2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted that accordingly, both matters have been tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 12871/2015.

It is further submitted that both abovementioned matters are fresh adjourned matters.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

This is a fresh matter.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 1757417580 of 2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies. Therefore, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents.

The matters above mentioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 08.01.2016, when inter alia following Order was passed:

"SLP(C) No. 2911629119/2015

Spare copy has not been filed, despite the Hon'ble Court's order dated 5.10.2015. The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that accordingly, office report on default has been noted before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers).
