It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ayyubi, Advocate on 08.12.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2614 of 1999 and 2617 of 1999 barred by time by 14 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos.1757417580 of 2015 @ CC Nos. 90089013 of 2015 Entitled Jaswant Singh & Ors. Etc. Versus State of Punjab & Ors. Etc. filed by similarly situated petitioner was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2015. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 01.07.2015 is annexed as Annexure P2 at page no. 52 in the paper books).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copy of notifications dated 16.06.1994 and 05.12.1994 and award dated 04.12.1996 and 24.08.1998. In this regard, Counsel has given a letter dated 17.12.2015 (at page no. 57 in the Paper Books) stating therein that the same are not necessary for the admission of the SLP and has requested to ignore the defect at his risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
