It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner in CC 21510/2016 has on 24.12.2016 filed application for permission to file additional document as Annexure P3 & P4 with affidavit. It is defective for the reason that Annexure P3 has dim impression and there are some lines in the Annexure P3. However, unregistered/defective application is being circulated before Hon'ble Court.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
