UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent No.2, who was heading Dawoodi Bohra Community has expired and in his place His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin has taken over office. The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for incorporation of his name in the array of respondents. Four weeks time is granted within which necessary steps be taken and on compliance matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/direction. -2-
