Opportunity to respondent nos. 1 to 6 and 40 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Respondent Nos. 42 to 46, 50 and 51 have already filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos. 38,39,48,49 and 54 to 59 have already been deleted from the array of parties vide order dt.23.8.2016.

Application for substituted service of respondent nos. 7 to 15, 1719, 22,23,25,2732 and 3537 is allowed. Notices be accordingly issued to be published in the newspapers as mentioned in the application.

None appears for respondent nos. 20,21,24,26,34,41,47,52 and 53 despite due service.

Status of respondent Nos. 16,33 and 40 be mentioned in the next office report.

Application for substituted service of respondent nos. 7 to 15, 17 to 19, 22,23,25,27 to 32,35 to 40,42 to 46, 48 to 85, 87 to 96, 98 and 100 to 106 is allowed. Notices be accordingly issued to be published in the newspapers as mentioned in the application.

Accordingly notice through publication was issued to the counsel for the petitioner on 12th November, 2016.

It is submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd January, 2017 filed affidavit alongwith proof of publication on unserved respondent.

It is submitted that despite due service no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 20, 21, 24, 26, 34, 41,47, 52 and 53 till date.

It is further submitted that service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 16 and 33 and 40 through publication and Respondent No. 40 is represented by Mr. Yash Raj Singh Deora, Advocate.

Matter stands complete.

It is submitted that despite due service no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 16, 20, 21, 24, 26, 33, 34, 40, 41, 45 and 46 so far.

SLP(C) No. 33193 of 2015

It is submitted that despite due service on Respondent Nos. 21, 24, 26, 34, 41, 47, 86, 97 and 99 no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is also submitted that duly signed A.D. card has been received back from Respondent No. 20 and the counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit alongwith proof of publication in respect of Respondent No. 16 and 33.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
