The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

09-02-2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP(C) No.33190/2015

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 6 and 40 for filing counter affidavit.

The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.42 to 46, 50 and 51 submits that she has already filed counter affidavit. Registry to verify and submit report.

Nobody appears for respondent Nos.16, 20, 21, 24, 26, 34, 41, 47, 52 and 53 despite due service.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of the unserved respondents within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 4 for filing counter affidavit.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of the unserved respondents within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) No.33192/2015

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 6, 40, 43, 44 and 54 to 59 for filing counter affidavit.

Nobody appears for respondent Nos.16, 20, 21, 24, 26, 33, 34, 40, 41, 45 and 46, despite due service.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of the unserved respondents within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

It is submitted that the special leave petition was registered with 4 numbers. The service position in the matters is as follows:-

1.	SLP (c) No. 33190 of 2015	There are 59 Respondents.<br>It is submitted that counsel for the<br>Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 & 40 has not filed<br>Counter Affidvit so far.
		It is further submitted that counsel for the<br>respondent Nos. 42 to 46, 50 & 51 has not<br>04-09-2015 filed Counter Affidavit on their<br>behalf but has not served the copy of the<br>same to the counsel for respondent Nos. 1<br>to 6 so far despite this registry's Letter dated<br>08-09-2015.
		It is also submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has not taken fresh steps for<br>service of notice on unserved respondent<br>hence fresh notice could not be issued.
		It is submitted that the counsel for<br>respondent Nos. 42 to 46, 50 & 51 has not<br>filed proof of service on counsel for<br>petitioner so far.
		It is lastly submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has on 08-04-2016 filed two<br>applications:-
		(a) For deletion of respondent Nos. 38, 39,<br>48 to 49, 54 to 59 from array of parties<br>which is to be registered & placed before the<br>Ho'ble Judge in Chamber.

	-3-	(b) For subsituted service through<br>publication on respondent Nos. 7 to 15, 17<br>to 19, 22 to 23, 25, 27 to 32 & 35 to 37<br>which is defective & a letter in this regard<br>has been issued to the counsel on<br>13-04-2016.<br>Service of notice is not complete on<br>Respondent Nos. 7 to 15, 17 to 19, 22, 23,<br>25, 27 to 3, 35 to 39, 48 to 49, 54 to 59.
2.	SLP (c) No. 33191 of 2015	There are 8 Respondents.<br>It is submitted that the counsel for<br>respondent nos. 1 to 4 has not filed Counter<br>Affidavit so far.<br>It is further submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has not taken fresh steps for<br>service of notice on unserved respondent<br>hence fresh notice could not be issued.<br>It is also submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has on 08-04-2016 filed an<br>application for deletion of unserved<br>respondent Nos. 5 to 8 which is to be<br>registered and place before the Hon'ble<br>Judge in Chamber.<br>Service of notice is not complete on<br>Respondent Nos. 5 to 8.
3.	SLP (c) No. 33192 of 2015	There are 60 Respondents.<br>It is submitted that the counsel for the<br>Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, 40, 43, 44 & 54 to<br>59 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.<br>It is further submitted that service of notice is<br>complete on Respondent Nos. 16, 20, 21,<br>21, 24, 26, 33, 34, 40, 41, 45 & 46 but no<br>one has put appearance on their behalf so<br>far.<br>It is also submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has not taken fresh steps for<br>service of notice on unserved respondent<br>hence fresh notice could not be issued.<br>Contd4/-

		It is submitted that the counsel for<br>respondent Nos. 42 to 46, 50 & 51 has not<br>filed proof of service on counsel for<br>petitioner so far.
		It is lastly submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has on 08-04-2016 filed two<br>applications:-
		(a) For deletion of respondent Nos. 38 to 39,<br>42, 47 to 53 & 60 from array of parties which<br>is to be registered & placed before the<br>Ho'ble Judge in Chamber.
		(b) For subsituted service through<br>publication on respondent Nos. 7 to 15, 17<br>to 19, 22 to 23, 25, 27 to 32 & 35 to 37<br>which is defective & a letter in this regard<br>has been issued to the counsel on<br>13-04-2016
		Service of notice is not complete on<br>Respondent Nos. 7 to 15, 17 to 19,<br>22,23,25,27 to 32, 35 to 39, 42, 47 to 53, &<br>60.
4.	SLP (c) No. 33193 of 2015	There are 110 Respondents.
		It is submitted that the counsel for the<br>Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 has not filed<br>Counter Affidavit so far.
		It is further submitted that service of notice is<br>complete on Respondent Nos. 21, 24, 26,<br>34, 41, 47. 86, 97 & 99 but no one has put<br>appearance on their behalf so far.
		It is also submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has not taken fresh steps for<br>service of notice on unserved respondent<br>hence fresh notice could not be issued.
		It is lastly submitted that the counsel for the<br>petitioner has on 08-04-2016 filed two<br>applications:-
		(a) For deletion of respondent Nos. 107-110<br>from array of parties which is to be<br>registered & placed before the Ho'ble Judge<br>in Chamber.
