The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court 22nd February, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to abovementioned order, counsel for the petitioner has filed an application to bring on record the LRs of deceased petitioner alongwith application for condonation of delay of 732 days which are registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 6 and 7. He has also filed vakalatnama/appearance after taking "No Objection" from the erstwhile Advocate. The applications are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also not taken steps for substitution of deceased respondent Nos. 6, 8, 9 and 10 so far.

It is lastly submitted that M/s. S. M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates has filed an application for intervention which is registered as Interlocutory Application No. 5 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is not complete.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
