UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Upon being mentioned, we direct that condition No.(i) of para No.6 of order dated 12.12.2022 be read as under:

"(i) Every exporter shall furnish a bank guarantee of Rupees Seventy Five Lakh each within three weeks with the Registry of this Court without prejudice to the legal rights of the parties, including the Union of India."

2. It is further clarified that the petitioner(s) exporter(s) shall be permitted to export the limestone only after furnishing the bank guarantee as directed above. 3. Rest of the order shall remain the same.
