UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It is argued by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that the High Court has committed an error in observing that the petitioners have not paid the entire amount. According to him, even over-payment has been made.

Mr. K.T.S. Tulsi, learned senior counsel, has appeared on behalf of the complainant and submits that full amount has still not been paid.

In these circumstances, we direct both the parties to file their respective statement of accounts.

List the matter on 06th January, 2017.
