It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Gautam Narayan, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for effecting service upon Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.3 so far.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL)NOS. 1247 OF 2015

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent NO. 2 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4, neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.
