The matters above mentioned were listed before the Registrar's Court on 15th January, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Affidavit with proof of dasti service has yet not been filed. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that affidavit with proof of dasti service has already been filed. Registry to verify and submit report.

List again on 1.3.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Gautam Narayan, Counsel for the Petitioner has only filed proof of service with Affidavit stating therein that he has served the copy of the Special Leave Petition upon Advocate Mr. B. Balaji, Standing Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 1233 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 1247 of 2015, but Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has not filed vakalatnama and appearance so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate has also filed proof of service with regard to serve the copy of Special Leave Petition to Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate in respect of Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C)No. 1247 of 2015, who is represented Respondent No. 3 (common in SLP(C) No. 1233 of 2015) but no vakalatnama and appearance has been filed.
