The matter above mentioned has been filed on 5th December, 2014 against the Impugned final Judgment and Order dated 19th August, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.A. No. 13941 of 2009 and the same is barred by time by 3 days and the counsel has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition with affidavit.

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has on 3rd January, 2015 filed applications for seeking permission to file additional documents with affidavit and exemption from filing official translation of annexures with affidavit which are registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 and 3 in view of letter of undertaking dated 18th December, 2014. Copy of the documents is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that the instant matter and Special Leave Petition(C) CC...No. 21661 of 2014 are arising out of common order and the same is listed on 7th January, 2015 before Court No. 11 as Item No. 17.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
