The matters above mentioned were listed before the Registrar's Court on 30th October 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested two weeks' time to file the affidavit as proof of dasti service qua respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP(C)No. 1233/2015 and qua respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 in SLP(C)No. 1247/2015.

Respondent No. 3 of the former matter has been declined with the opportunity to file the counter affidavit and respondent No. 4 of this matter and respondent No. 2 of SLP(C) No. 1247/2015 have failed to appear, despite being served.

List again on 15.1.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Gautam Narayan, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed proof of dasti service on the above mentioned respondents. However, he has on 2nd November, 2015 filed proof of service with regard to serve the copy of Petition to Mr. B. Balaji, Standing Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 1233 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP (C) No. 1247 of 2015. In

respect of Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C)No. 1247 of 2015, copy has been served upon Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate, who represented Respondent No. 3 (common in SLP(C) No. 1233 of 2015) but no vakalatnama and appearance has been filed.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
