Respondent nos. 3, 4 and 8 have filed counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 6,7,9 to 15,17 and 18 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos.1,2,5 and 6 are granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
