The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court

on 12.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following

Order:

" Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to file an additional affidavit setting out the following information:

1) total extent of land purchased and the instrument of sale by which it was purchased by the petitioner.

2) total number of house sites sold by the society to private individuals and details of the instruments of sale under which such sales have been made.

3) the status of the development of the colony by the appellant.

4) whether any houses have been constructed by the private individuals who have purchased sites from the appellant.

Needful shall be within four weeks. Post after four weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, Counsel for the appellant has on 05.08.2016 filed affidavit with application for exemption from filing official translation of documents. The same has been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 5-6 of 2016. (Separate volumes are being circulated herewith).
