In Civil Appeal No.5020-26/12 respondent No.1-4 and 6-7 have filed counter affidavit. It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for respondent No.2 in C.A.No.5021/12 that the defects in the vakalatnama has already been cured though the office report states, it has still not been cured. If not already cured, respondent is directed to cure it within four weeks time as a last chance.
