Court on 31.1.2014, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

" Respondent No. 3 was issued notice for alternative arrangement. Respondent NO. 3 has filed fresh vakalatnama through Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, Advocate. Service is complete. No further steps are required.

List these matters before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."
