''Issue notice.

Liberty to file additional documents.''

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed process fee and spare copy. Thereafter, the matter was listed from time to time before Ld. Registrar and lastly listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 17.10.2011 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order :

''As prayed for, one week's further time is granted to file process fee, spare copies and cost subject to further deposit of costs of Rs. 500/- with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee failing which the petitions shall stand dismissed.'' It is submitted that on filing process fee and spare copy

alongwith deposit of cost Rs. 500/- in Supreme Court Legal Service Committees, show cause notice was issued to all the 9 respondents through Regd. A.D. post. A.D. Cards duly signed

has been received in respect of respondent nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9. Ms. Kiran Suri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 and Mr. E.C. Vidyasagar, Advocate has filed caveat/ Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No.6 but counter affidavit has not been filed. Neither A.D. cards/proof of delivery nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of respondent no.2i.e, State of Karnataka.

The matters are listed to the Hon'ble Court with this Report. Dated this the 19th day of July, 2013.
